Manager Update April 2026
As we approach our spring and summer camping season you will notice lots of new faces, both in new members and new staff. Let’s be welcoming and hospitable and give them some Cove love . All of the new staff are work campers who are here to work from March 1 to Nov 1.
Over the winter the lounge was remodeled and updated , it is a huge improvement and we hope it will be enjoyed for years to come.
The back pool is going through a major overhaul. AAA pools are working very hard to make sure we are ready to open on Memorial Day . We also will be updating the front pools bathrooms and doing some minor concrete repair on the pool decking. The front pool is also slotted to open on Memorial Day.
The water plant is still an ongoing and complicated project. We are getting weekly updates and are moving forward with a hopeful operational start of late April , early May.

Water Plant Update
The Board met in February 2018 to balance the budget for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 and set the Annual Dues at $875. Members are given access to the park anytime from March to December, with the park being closed January and February, to enjoy all the amenities including entertainment, boat launch, three pools, and so much more! . Members can camp up to 14 nights at a time with a 7 day break in between. We have approximately 300 full hook-up sites with 30/50 amp service, electric and water. Members pay a nightly camping rate for electric, water, and sewage at the rate of $3 a day while they camp. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we have a DJ or Band every Saturday. The installation of the new Water Treatment Plant is underway! See the progress we've made in the pictures below. Once the installation is complete, the plant will need to pass state inspection. This website page will be updated as more information becomes available!
