• Smoking is not permitted inside the rentals or on decks. If a rental has been smoked in, you will be charged a $250. cleaning fee.

• No pets may occupy the rentals. If a rental has had a pet in it, you will be charged a $250. cleaning fee.

• We require the first night to be paid for to make the reservation. Reservation must be paid in full at the time of check in. We require a valid credit card to be put on file for damage security. When you check into your rental, you are required to inspect the cabin and report any damages within the first two hours.

• Check in is at 2 PM or after, Check out is by 11 AM. Please return key to office.

​

• You must be 21 years of age or older to rent.

​

• Televisions/air conditioners/major appliances – we cannot guarantee repair or replacement should there be a malfunction during your stay. No refund or reduction will be issued for any mechanical failure. We will make every effort to take care of the problem as soon as possible.

• No parties, large gatherings or similar events are permitted without prior written authorization.

​

• No fires of any kind are allowed inside the rentals or on the decks. Fires must be contained in a firepit & must be 5 feet away from the rental.

​

• CANCELLATION POLICY – Reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival date; or first night’s deposit will not be refunded. There are no refunds for inclement weather, including hurricanes.
