Victoria Segar

My name is Victoria Segar, and my family and I are proud, born-and-raised Hampton Roads locals. I am a wife, mother of four, “Nanny” to five beautiful grandchildren, and a devoted dog mom to the cutest Pomeranians around. My husband and I became members of Indian Cove in August of 2021, and it quickly became a place we love and are proud to call our community.
 

For the past two years, I have had the honor of serving on the Indian Cove Board of Directors, where I have remained dedicated and deeply invested in helping Indian Cove be the very best it can be for all members. My commitment to the Cove is rooted in service, integrity, and a genuine 
desire to strengthen our community and preserve what makes it special.
Professionally, I am a licensed Realtor with over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, consistently recognized with the Circle of Excellence for sales performance and professionalism. I am also a successful small business owner of co-owner of Call A Guy 
Contracting. In addition, I actively serve in multiple leadership and mentoring roles within my church. 

I am extremely passionate about people, relationships, morale, and creating environments where neighbors feel more like family. During my time at Indian Cove, I have participated in numerous community events and have coordinated and planned Fall Festivals/Cook-Offs, Spring Fling/
Cook-Off, as well as Friendsgiving. 
 

What I bring to the Board is a heart for the Cove, a strong work ethic, leadership experience, and a continued desire to improve communication, build morale, and bring our member-family together. It would be an honor to continue serving Indian Cove and working alongside fellow members to ensure it remains a place we all love and are proud to belong to.
