The annual budget meeting was held on Saturday, February 26, 2011.  After much discussion, the Board of Directors found it necessary to increase dues by $20 to $635 annually.  Membership dues are due on May 1, 2011 and considered late on May 2, 2011.  A late fee of $25 will be added on May 15, 2011, if dues are not paid by that date.
Coast to Coast fees have been increased from $2 a day to $5 a day.

In addition, the board has implemented a new Registration fee for all golf carts.  Effective May 1, 2011, members must have their golf cart registered annually.  The Registration fee will be $35 with the annual Registration date as May 1st or at Check-In on the next reservation.   Non-members entering the park with a golf cart will be charged a usage fee of $10 per day.   The Office Staff will ensure all golf carts have headlights, taillights and proof of insurance.  A new decal will be placed on the front windshield.

Towing fees were increased to $20 each way.
