The annual budget meeting was held on Saturday, February 26, 2011. After much discussion, the
Board of Directors found it necessary to increase dues by $20 to $635 annually. Membership dues are due on May 1 and
considered late on May 2. A late fee of $25 will be assessed on May 15 and finance charges will start accruing at 1.5%. Members with a past due balance will not be able to use the park or have a reservation. -
In addition, the board has established new golf cart fees. Effective May 1, 2011, members must
have their golf cart inspected, annually.
The Registration/Inspection fee will be $35. Non members entering the park with a golf
cart will be charged a usage fee of $10 per day. The Office Staff will inspect all golf
carts for the following: lights back and front and proof of insurance. They will place a decal on the front windshield.
Towing fees increased to $20 each way.
