The Board of Directors' Minutes listed below, are in Microsoft Word format.  Click on a month or year to open that file.  There are many pages so it may take a few minutes to download.  Copies are also available in the reservation office.  Board minutes will only be posted only after they have been approved.

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2012 Board of Directors Elections.  There are two (2) seats up for election.  If you, or someone you know is interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please submit a resume by the February 10, 2012 deadline.  Resumes must be 150 words or less and should give the members an idea of who you are, your background and/or experience and what you will do for the Cove, if elected.  Please proof your resume for spelling, grammar and number of words as we cannot make changes.  Your picture will be posted with your resume so, we can take one or you can provide one.

Membership Dues are due on May 1 (every year) and considered late on May 2.  A late fee of $25 will be accessed and finance charges of 1.5% will start accruing on May 15, for any account past due.  You will not be able to make a reservation or enter the park after as of May 1 until your dues are current.  In addition, all future reservations will be cancelled.

The Board of Directors are Jim Jacobs (President), Sandy Knowles (Secretary), Gary Martin (Treasurer), Joe Carlton (Director), Ed Silva (Director).
The annual budget meeting was held on Saturday, February 26, 2011.  After much discussion, the Board of Directors found it necessary to increase dues by $20 to $635 annually.  Membership dues are due on May 1, 2011 and considered late on May 2, 2011.  A late fee of $25 will be added on May 15, 2011, if dues are not paid by that date.  Coast to Coast fees have been increased from $2 a day to $5 a day.

In addition, the board has implemented a new Registration fee for all golf cart .  Effective May 1, 2011, members must have their golf cart registered annually.  The Registration fee will be $35 with the annual Registration date as May 1st or at Check-In on the next reservation.   Non-members entering the park with a golf cart will be charged a usage fee of $10 per day.   The Office Staff will ensure all golf carts have headlights, taillights and proof of insurance.  They will place a decal on the front windshield.
